Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 3 cups frozen raspberries
  • ¾ cup yogurt
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tbsp honey adjust according to your preferred sweetness

Instructions
 

  • Add the bananas and frozen raspberries to a blender.
  • Add the yogurt and milk
  • Add the vanilla extract and honey
  • Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour into serving glasses and serve immediately while chilled.

Notes | FAQ

  • For a seedless smoothie, first blend only the frozen raspberries and milk until smooth. Strain the mixture using a fine-mesh strainer. Return the strained raspberry juice to the blender, then add the remaining ingredients and blend again until creamy.
  • I used homemade frozen raspberries, but store-bought frozen raspberries work perfectly too.
  • Adjust the quantity of milk depending on how thick or thin you like your smoothie.
  • If your bananas are very ripe, you may reduce the amount of honey.
