Orange Juice
A simple, sweet and refreshing drink made with freshly squeezed oranges, a touch of sugar and a tiny pinch of salt to beautifully enhance the citrus flavor

- 8 oranges
- 3 tbsp sugar optional - adjust based on size of oranges and preference
- A pinch of salt
- Ice cubes optional
First, gently roll the oranges on a hard surface to loosen them slightly. This helps release more juice while squeezing.
Cut the oranges into equal halves and Squeeze the juice using your preferred method or equipment.
Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Mix well until combined.
Serve immediately with or without ice cubes.
- Use your choice of sweetener or completely skip as well
- Freshly squeezed juice tastes best when served immediately.
- Adding a tiny pinch of salt enhances the sweetness and citrus flavor beautifully.
- Alternate Method
- Peel the oranges completely.
- Add the orange pulp into a blender jar and grind until smooth.
- Strain and Serve.
