First peel the skin of the mango and dice the pulp into small cubes. Also, finely chop the red onion. Deseed and finely chop the jalapeno and red bell pepper.
Take a mixing bowl and add all above mentioned ingredients. Stir until everything is mixed well.
Let it sit for minimum of 10 mins and enjoy with tortilla chips.
